Carpentry Tradesman

Who is the perfect fit? 

• Highly skilled in all areas of carpentry with a willingness to diversify.
• Must have a good work ethic, trusted to work independently and be a team player.
• Strong attention to detail, knowing they are accountable for their workmanship.
• Punctual, presentable and not scared of early starts.
• All applicants will require their own reliable work vehicle in addition to their own tools.
• Able and willing to work throughout the South West.
• Committed to their own learning, and willing to grow with the White Building Co Team.
• Fit for work now! Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.
• Able to supply:
  1. Relevant Carpentry Qualifications
  2. White/Blue Construction Induction Card
  3. Current WA C class, manual drivers’ licence, with a safe, blemish-free driving history
  4. National Police Clearance (current within 3 months)

Building Labourer

Who is the perfect fit? 

• Must have a good work ethic, trusted to work independently and be a team player.
• Strong attention to detail, knowing they are accountable for their workmanship.
• Punctual, presentable and not scared of early starts.

• Able and willing to work throughout the South West.

• Able to supply:
  1. White/Blue Construction Induction Card
  2. Current WA C class, manual drivers’ licence, with a safe, blemish-free driving history
  3. National Police Clearance (current within 3 months)

Building Supervisor

In this role, you will work alongside our management team. From a wet area refurbishment to new home construction, no two jobs are the same. The role can cover the full South West region, with the ability to operate remotely from onsite.

Who is the perfect fit? 

• Relevant building experience and technical knowledge.
• Ability in scheduling. You will be responsible for the coordination of works.
• Proficient with the use of the Microsoft suite incl. excel, outlook, word etc.
• Able to adapt to new technologies and programs to optimise working on the go.
• Problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own time and priorities.
• Must have a good work ethic, trusted to work independency and be a team leader.
• Strong attention to detail, knowing you are accountable for the workmanship of your teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate tradesman, establish and sustain relationships to achieve quality outcomes.
• Must have a hard on the problem, not the person attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, presentable, and not scared of meeting operational requirements.
• Committed to your own learning, and willing to grow with the White Building Co Team.
• Fit for work and able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.
• Able to supply
