Before we get too deep into the design, we recommend working with your bank to define your budget. Once we know your budget, we’ll help you understand where the costs lie, ensuring we create a design that works for you, not against you.

Step 2 – PRELIMINARY DESIGN 

Once we’ve got your ideas and budget aligned, it’s time to bring them to life. We’ll dive into the design process, refining and shaping your vision. Together, we’ll agree on the right level of design options that match both your goals and your budget.

Throughout this step, we encourage you to keep sharing your ideas and feedback. The more we collaborate, the clearer the design will be, and we can then produce a detailed cost estimate—one that’s transparent and ensures your budget is on track.

Step 3 – AGREEING TO A WIN-WIN 

At this stage, it’s time to make things official. We’ll firm up your design and work with you to finalize your building contract. Our contracts are simple, straightforward, and transparent, backed by our membership with Housing Industry Australia — there are no hidden surprises.
