It’s also incorrect to say a smaller or as we prefer to call ourselves ‘locally owned and operated builder’, doesn’t have the capacity to compete with the bigger project builders. We can confirm that we have successfully completed a diverse range of projects, all shapes, and sizes and the true value we add is that it’s custom-built for you, your needs, and your budget. Whether your works are in the $1,000 or $1 million dollar price range, we promise to serve you with your best interests in mind.

White Building Co is a family run and operated building company. We offer innovative designs, attention to detail and good old-fashioned honest service. As a registered builder we service the South West and Wheatbelt areas of Western Australia. White Building Co was established in 1992 by our Managing Director, Greg White. Greg is a highly experienced building practitioner. Starting out at the age of 16 as an apprentice carpenter, Greg has accumulated decades of invaluable experience which he shares with the White Building Co team including his son Brent White, Office Manager and Estimator. Our team has successfully completed various projects both large and small in all of the following services. Despite being referred to as a small building company we have proven to successfully manage a good capacity of work and will be honest and open in discussions about your project needs.
