Role Overview
Based out of Collie, you’ll work with our team to deliver a wide variety of projects across the South West:
- New home construction
- Bathroom and Kitchen renovations
- Extensions/Renovations
- Including:
- External wall and roof cladding
- Construction of timber decks and framing
- 2nd Fix Carpentry
- Internal FC sheeting
We are seeking full-time availability with the flexibility to work over a 4–5 day week. Above award rates with an annual income potential of $80 – $110k, along with individual performance-based bonuses. A full-time or contract-based arrangement is negotiable for the right applicant.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Carpenter with experience in Residential Construction and being highly skilled in all areas of carpentry, with a willingness to diversify.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- All applicants will require their own tools of the trade and a suitable vehicle.
- Must have a good work ethic, be trusted to work independently and be a team player.
- Committed to safety and a strong attention to detail, knowing they are accountable for their workmanship.
- Punctual and presentable.
- Able and willing to work throughout the South West.
- White/Blue Construction Induction Card.
- Current WA C-class manual driver’s licence (clean record).
- National Police Clearance (current within 3 months).
- Fit for work, able to pass a pre-employment medical & random drug testing.
