30th April 2018 – HANDOVER COMPLETE
The Rando and Associates Team are all settled into their new extension. We can’t thank the Trades who were involved in this project enough! Everything came together very nicely, furnishings included. Such an inviting office which I’m sure will prompt productivity and success for the customer focused and highly driven team at Rando and Associates.
PROJECT SUMMARY
Construction Time: 1st October 2017 to 30th April 2018
- 125m2 upstairs consisting 3 new offices, 1 large open plan office area and staff kitchen / chill-out area.
- 46m2 downstairs which consisted of rearranging existing offices to achieve a more free flowing area. Adding in new rear foyer, unisex bathroom, ambulant toilet, indoor store room and external garden store.
Renovations To Existing: Other renovation works included new reception counter, removing a wall to create a larger conference/meeting room and construction of new walls to form new offices. Fresh paint work and new auto front door was also required.
External Works: New disabled access ramp to front entry, new concrete staff car-parking area and driveway.

20th April 2018 – ON THE HOME STRAIGHT
We are in the final stages! Mark and his team will be starting to moving back in next week. So its heads down bum up to get all the final touches completed along with ensuring this property is in a pristine condition, ready for them to get settled in.
19th February 2018 – LOCK UP
Gyprocking is complete in the extension, with external Scyon Matrix cladding from James Hardie all fixed to the exterior. We can not wait to take the scaffolding down to get a better look at this beauty.
22nd December 2017 – TAKING SHAPE
We’re definitely on track! With the #Hebel flooring down, timber framing up and roof sheeting on, the WBC Team have been working very hard as the Christmas break approaches. We are super excited to get stuck back into this one after a much deserved break.
4th December 2017 – WELL UNDER WAY
The structural steel work is up and our carpenters are installing the timber wall and floor framing. So exciting to see this extension start to take shape.
19th October 2017 – LET’S GET TO IT!
The surveying is all done and we’re itching to make a start!! We like a clean and tidy work place and want to keep the Rando & Associates team safely clear of our soon to be very busy job site. We’ve create this safe space for all, ensureing we keep as much order as possible over this project.
16th October 2017 – CONCEPT
The team at Rando & Associates are taking on the challenge of ‘work-in renos’ Yes that’s right we’re turning their small office into a corporate palace and their going to keep on keepin’ on while we do it! We’ll be sure to bring you progress shots and proof of how this is 100% achievable. For know see a concept shot below.
