Role Overview
We’re open to both experienced supervisors and those who are ready to step up into a leadership role.
Based out of Collie, you’ll work alongside our building practitioner to deliver a wide variety of projects – from wet area refurbishments to new home builds.
This is a full-time role with flexibility to work over a 4–5 day week. We can offer accredited training in Building & Construction to support your career progression and a competitive salary package of $90 – $130k.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Practical building experience and proven technical knowledge
- Strong labouring skills and an ability to perform on-site as operationally required (carpentry qualifications desirable)
- The ability to supervise, schedule, and coordinate trades and contractors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and willingness to embrace new tech
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and time management skills
- White/Blue Construction Induction Card
- Current WA C-class manual driver’s licence (clean record)
- National Police Clearance (current within 3 months)
- Fit for work, able to pass a pre-employment medical & random drug testing
